    Group Specialist: People Data Analytics - Johannesburg

    Role Purpose

    • Strategically partner our HR Product Owners to assess the key business and HR Product & Service challenges to be solved by people data and analytics & translate these requirements into data driven solutions for the area. Work on high value & high complexity data challenges & leverage deep data science expertise (e.g. big data, advanced statistics, data wrangling, data mining, data analysis, predictive modelling, storytelling, data visualization, machine learning, AI, data intuition) to operationalise & continuously improve people data solutions that deliver relevant, quality assured, accurate & commercially impactful data to the business.
