Key Outputs

• Opening and closing of service / repair jobs for rental equipment on SAP
• Management of damage recoveries
• Create buyout orders related to services / repairs and MIGO
• Liaise with suppliers on open orders
• Invoice processing
• Liaise with creditors and procurement on supplier accounts
• WIP Management – ensure all costs related to the month are closed within the month
• Capturing labour (CADO) on SAP

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

• Matric
• Computer Literate (MS Office and SAP)
• Power Generation experience
• Rental Fleet experience
• Previous administrative-costing experience on SAP
• Customer centric approach with a sense of urgency
• Ability to work under pressure, generate above average results and meet deadlines
