    Finance Business Partner - Stellenbosch

    Minimum Requirements

    • Qualified CA(SA)
    • 3-5 years of post-article experience
    • Corporate treasury or finance experience advantageous
    • Ability to travel from time to time
    • Passion for Africa and willingness to work in the developing world context

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Holistically understand the business
    • Conceptualise, design, and efficiently execute financial projects
    • Further develop and document the financial control environment
    • Development of granular cashflow forecasting
    • Group wide liquidity management
    • Management of foreign currency risk
    • Pro-active engagement with lenders via covenant and business case reporting
    • Reviewing of legal agreements
    • Corporate finance and tax structuring
