    Export Marketing Manager

    QUALIFICATION & JOB REQUIREMENT

    • 3 Year Sales and/or Marketing Degree or equivalent National Diploma
    • Candidate will be expected to travel outside SA on a regular basis.

    EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum 5 Years Trade Marketing / Route to Consumer (RTC) experience.
    • Experience within an FMCG sales environment would be advantageous.
    • Proven track record of delivery of brand marketing campaigns.
    • Africa experience will be advantageous.

    SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

    • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills. Advanced Excel is essential.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to positively influence both internal and external stakeholders.
    • Strong negotiation skills.
    • Strong analytical, numerical and reporting skills.
    • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Ensure that volume and value sales targets are achieved in assigned regions to meet the overall export objectives.
    • Providing Export Market managers with relevant marketing information for the compilation and maintenance of core and strategic market templates.
    • Collaborating with the export market managers and local innovation team to develop new product innovations in identified markets.
    • Providing market managers with meaningful marketing insights when building 5-year road maps.
    • Collaborating with with local brand team to leverage all relevant P.O.S and brand campaigns for implementation/adaption in assigned markets.
    • Timeous execution of all marketing and A+P plans by region in line with the overall export strategy.
    • Managing the total export marketing and advertising budget within the agreed parameters
    • Assisting the export markets managers with the preparation required for QBR’s and IBP planning.
    • Identifying and developing market specific P.O.S and brand executions which will disrupt the spirit category in relevant markets.
    • Working with E.Snell distributor partners to build in market campaigns which will assist and drive specific brand strategies.
