Employee Benefits Administrator at Cummins Inc.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Completes tasks required to assist more experienced colleagues in responding to employee inquires or issues related to benefit programs which may include health, welfare, and retirement plans, in compliance with plan design and government legislation.
• Handles routine plan interpretations and inquiries in response to plan participant inquiries in a timely manner.
• Generates required reports for benefits program administration. Maintains benefit records and prepares documents necessary for implementing benefit coverage.
• Prepares materials for delivering benefit plan educational information to internal stakeholders. Managing leave administration on internal systems across the AME
• Raising POs and arranging payment to benefits providers as and when required, maintaining trackers for benefits service lines
• Assistance with Wellness Day coordination across the AME. Monthly Reconciliation of benefits reports and submission to insurer as per legislation.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
• Minimal or no work experience required.
• Excel / MS Windows skills
• Data Analytics - Discovers, interprets and communicates qualitative and quantitative data; determines conclusions relying on knowledge of business
