Driver at Film and Publication Board

Requirements:

•     Grade 12
• Code 10/C Driver’s License – Valid
• Public Drivers Permit – Valid 
• Two years’ experience as a Driver/Messenger

• Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential material
• Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills
• Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritising skills
• Customer Service Orientation
• Proficiency on MS Office  (Excel – intermediate, Word – intermediate, PowerPoint – intermediate).

Duties:  

• Delivery and Messenger Service as an when required from the various units.
• Staff and Visitor transportation Services
• Vehicle Maintenance and Monitoring
• Conduct office inspections and complete inspection sheets
• Assist Facilities manager to attend to facilities queries in the office as needed
• Collate monthly evidence for all activities for monthly unit reporting
