    Divisional Manager I (Gauteng)

    DESCRIPTION

    • Stakeholder Relationship Management |
    • Self-Management|
    • Achievement of Profitability, Sustainability and Financial Targets |
    • Operations Management|
    • Development of Tactical Plans for the Division in line with Customer, Client and Group Strategic Direction and Objectives |
    • Key Account Management (as required by Business Unit)|
    • Management of Achievement of Operational Objectives|
    • People Leadership and Team Management |

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 8-9 years’ experience in an FMCG/Retail/Sales/Marketing environment at a regional management level with a proven track record of managing people, operations and clients. Must be well connected in the FMCG trade at Key Account and Regional Level of the retailers and wholesalers||Essential / Minimum|10+ years|
    • Relevant Degree at NQF level 7
    • Operations management
    • Leadership skills
    • Financial management skills
