This is a specialist role for Old Mutual Marketing and Communications that provides thought leadership around all aspects concerning on-line expression of the brand. The Digital Campaign Specialist is responsible for executing day-to-day digital marketing operations with an emphasis on paid search, retargeting and paid social advertising. The role supports all paid media for Old Mutual across various business units and products and will deliver digital marketing tactics that coincide with company marketing cycles and business needs, and be responsible for monitoring paid campaign effectiveness, making recommendations on adjustments and creating opportunities to increase marketing ROI. A solid understanding of the principles of performance based marketing and conversion rate optimization is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record with digital marketing implementations and have a strong background in financial services and analytics-driven decision making. Success in this role will be measured by online channel ROI and consistent, accurate reporting.
