Debtors Clerk - Piet Retief at TWK Agri

Responsibilities and Duties  

• Compile and submit credit proposals received from branches 
• Manage collection process of delinquent accounts 
• Be able to work under pressure 
• Review customer accounts on a regular basis to maintain an appropriate level of credit risk
• Follow company policies and procedures 
• Maintain appropriate documents, documentation and other information in the customer credit files 
• Other projects and responsibilities as assigned 
• Reconciliation of debtor’s accounts 

Qualifications and Skills  

• Matric / Grade 12 
• Degree / Diploma in Accounting (advantageous)   
• Computer literate in excel and word 
• Must be able to communicate with clients with confidence
• Bilingual (English & Afrikaans) 
• Must be a team player with exceptional customer service and telephone skills 
• Be able to work under pressure
