Data Analyst: Warranty at Alstom

Job Purpose

• The management of all database related work for relevant warranty projects with respect to train failures and material management Monitoring train performance and forecast of activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure and adapt RailSysLight or other validated database.
• Link warranty database to other relevant databases for operational purposes.
• Feed database during warranty project with relevant data.
• Improve data capture in close cooperation with depot team.
• Provide support to other database users if being key user.
• Monitoring of train performance and support to prepare schedule of works.
• Participate in Return of Experience.
• Support Reliability Growth actions in cooperation with Field Engineer and RAMS.
• Capture data and elaborate KPI for depot and warranty organization.
• Respect the application of EHS rules and warranty processes.

Minimum Requirements

• National Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 -5 years’ experience working as a Data Analyst.
• Must have the relevant customer experience within a similar depot environment.
• Previous knowledge and experience with local databases.
• General railway and Product knowledge.
• MS Office literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and good level in database management.
• Working knowledge of Health & Safety standards.
