    Contract Cleaning Area Manager

    • At least three years contract cleaning management experience.
    • An eye for detail and the ability to do proper cleaning inspections.
    • Knowledge of floor and ablution cleaning.
    • Knowledge of operating push behind autoscrubbers.
    • Knowledge and experience of industrial relations/disciplinary procedures, including disciplinary hearing experience.
    • The ability to inspire and motivate working teams.
    • The ability to manage budgets.
    • Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
    • The ability to exceed client expectations and build strong relationships with clients.
    • Retail/shopping centre cleaning experience will be an advantage.
    • Successful candidate must be willing to travel within the Western Cape Province and sleep away from home an average of 2 nights/week.
    • Successful candidate must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
