    Client Engagement Manager

    THE ROLE
    Temenos is growing across all product lines and in all geographies, the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region is one of the most dynamic and exciting regions. We are looking for an exceptional Client Engagement Manager (CEM) to help us build on our success and join us on our journey as we transform banking for all.
    The role will lead strategic services activities to achieve and overachieve on targets with a focus on client success, client satisfaction and client delivery within both existing and prospective clients.
    The successful candidate will be part of our client services organization and report directly to the Head of CEM for the MEA region.

     OPPORTUNITES

    • You will develop an intimate understanding of each target client’s environment and their unique strategic business and technology objectives to build joint business plans and project roadmaps to help them to meet and exceed their goals in the short, medium, and long term.
    • You will develop and execute account plans and creates value-led partnerships with clients by showcasing the benefit of Temenos’ solutions and services.
    • You will act as an advisor to clients and develop long term relationships at all levels from sales engagement through to implementation and beyond.
    • You will qualify and respond to complex RFPs/RFIs and work with the internal and external delivery teams to scope and generate estimates for proposals and get buy-in from clients and prospective clients.
    • You will collaborate with external implementation/technology partners to ensure client success and satisfaction.
    • You will drive forecasting and deal review processes with precision.
    • You will be an integral member of the extended sales team to support on-premise and SaaS deals through the deal cycle to and drives revenue and margin growth.
    • You will report the ongoing Project opportunities to the Regional Management with an ability to focus on each particular deal particularities.
    • You will be an active part of the Temenos Services Community to contribute to the constant adaptation of the Temenos Services and Project Delivery offering.

    SKILLS

    • You should have an in-depth knowledge of the financial services industry, the trends, challenges, and innovations.
    • You should have a proven track record of success in implementing complex software projects within the banking and Financial Services sector in a project or program manager capacity.
    • You should have experience of Agile methodologies.
    • You should have extensive experience of successfully negotiating and closing high stakes and high-value software services deals.
    • You should have a consultative approach which enables listening to and understanding customer needs and challenges to design win-win solutions.
    • You should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills with an ability to translate business requirements into value propositions which engage a range of audiences.
    • You should think creatively and can problem-solve while considering both risk and benefits to all stakeholders.
    • You should be able to engage clients, articulate the Temenos value proposition and drive clients to action.
    • You should be able to navigate change and deal with ambiguity.
    • You should enjoy extensive travel across the region.
    • You should have a business and technical background to be able to engage and ensure buy-in at C-level and with IT teams.
    • You should have international experience and a global mindset.
