Job Advert Summary

• To administer the Compiling, Recording & Distribution of Production related information
• To administer all Production system related documents (SAP)
• Ensure continuous updated Production related information (Daily, Monthly, Yearly)
• Manage and maintain easy accessible filing systems
• Communicate with debtors/creditors on special request of data information.
• All manual transactions entered into SAP should be within 24hrs

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 with Mathematics & Science
• At least 2 years Production related experience
• Knowledge of SAP
• Advance  Excel
• Basic knowledge of Finance
• Transporters
• Knowledge and understanding of mentioned software systems
• Solid understanding of Ash Process
• The ability to adapt and respond to change
• Results orientated - driving a high performing culture
• Knowledgeable with transporters details and tracking POD.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Creating PR, POs - distributing them and follow the approval process.
• Goods receipting and invoicing
• Getting quotations and registering suppliers as vendors
• Ensure accuracy of information to FC for Production month end reports generation and statistics
• Receipting of invoices and follow up on payments.
• Manufacturing Reporting on SAP ERP System (Production & Despatch)
• Stock level movement on SAP ERP System (Production)
• POD management & distribution
• Finance control and administration
• General Administration
• Provide relevant information on supplies and customers
• Support GM and PS on cost control (budget adheremce)
• Review and Consolidation of Monthly Manufacturing KPI’s , Reports & Minutes
