Role Responsibilities:

• High level technical understanding of the design of bridge and renewable energy projects
• Working knowledge of AutoDesk Revit.
• Ability to work closely with engineers and clients to achieve project outcomes throughout the design lifecycle
• Can interpret and communicate information of a complex technical nature
• Produce documents which meets client requirements in a timely and accurate manner
• In this position you will join the Bridges and Civil Structures group within our Transport Market. Here you will play an integral role in providing quality drafting deliverables whilst continuously developing our Revit capability and digital eminence
• Drafting bridge and renewable energy drawings including reinforcement
• Setup and maintenance of project drafting folders in BIM 360
• Implementation of drafting standards in accordance with project specific digital plan
• Implement quality control in accordance with project specific requirements
• Work in an engaging, flexible and collaborative way

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to frequent project changes.
• Ability to follow instructions and drafting standards
• Accuracy and effectiveness in latest technology.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently with minimal oversight.
• Able to learn and to develop new skills and workflows for new digital tools
• Team player, self-motivated and proactive

KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Experience with building information modelling (BIM) software such as Revit.
• Minimum 3 years Bridge Drafter/Modeller experience
• N.Dip/B.Tech qualification is required.
• Bridge or structural drafting experience will be advantageous.
