Bookkeeper - Hartbeespoort at Marvel Placement Consultant

Minium Requirements:

• High School (Matric) education is required.
• Vehicle and valid Driver’s License.
• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably with expertise in Sage.
• Ability to commute to Hartbeespoort, Northwest.
• Minium 1 year experience as a Bookkeeper.

 Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain financial records using Sage.
• Take books to Trial balance.
• Lodge SARS documents in a timely manner.
• Reconcile bank statements with the company's financial records to ensure accuracy.
• Manage accounts payable by processing invoices and ensuring timely payments.
• Handle accounts receivable, issuing invoices, and tracking customer payments.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding financial matters.
• Maintain organized and secure documentation of financial records for auditing purposes.
