    Are you someone who can:

    • Promotes diversity within the team
    • Participates in planned activities that are appropriate for own and staff development
    • Monitors and reports on relevant processes, ensuring a strong feedback loop that enables effective tactical and operational decision-making
    • Manages Service Level Agreements and contracts with internal and external stakeholders according to the procurement policy
    • Manages people performance in the area of responsibility
    • Ensures customer service solutions are aligned to the operational business plan
    • Team leadership skills are vital to ensuring that the incumbent is able to effectively manage resource utilisation
    • Responsible for assessing team outputs and trends in order to maximise collections and optimise staff development and business processes to improve quality of work and outputs
    • The incumbent is required to find situation specific solutions in compliance with set policies and procedures
    • Be required to coach and train others in line with performance management criteria

    You will be an ideal candidate if you:

    • Grade 12
    • Debt Recovery qualification will be an advantage
    • Must have at least 2-5 years Supervisory / Team Leader experience in collections (Late Stage) / Financial industry
    • Must be knowledgeable of management processes
    • Be able to work under pressure
