Role Summary:
To support the SDC Africa Associate Director in carrying out the responsibilities and project management of the SDC’s System of Quality Management (QMSE) and Independence requirements. This includes interpretation of SDC QMSE framework, communication, training, consultations and other activities in support of compliance with the QMSE Standards and firms independence policies. The role is envisaged to be 50% QMSE responsibilities and 50% other SDC Africa responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned)
Quality Management for Service Excellence (PwC’s System of Quality Management - “QMSE”)
Quality Management Review:
Reporting:
Assistance with reporting on the SDC and VFS CoE Audit Quality Indicators to the Steering Committee
Training and Communications:
Develop and assist in the implementation of quality related projects and training based on the needs and risk of the SDC and VFS CoE.
Compliance:
Provide support to the SDC Africa Associate Director with the review of the staff independence Quarterly Compliance submissions.
