    Administrative Assistant | Aliwal North, Eastern Cape

    Responsibilities:

    • Interact, manage and provide effective client service
    • Implement new business
    • Prepare client files
    • Process client queries and instructions
    • Administer all products
    • Research product information
    • Maintain the CRM system
    • Handling personal and commercial Short-term insurance administration
    • Claims handling
    • Amendments to contracts and renewals
    • I-Comply

     Skill sets required:

    • Matric Certificate
    • RE 5 (Advantageous)
    • 2 - 3 years administrative experience within the short-term insurance industry
    • Computer literate (MS Outlook, Excel, and Word)
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Good administration, organisation, and planning skills
    • Able to handle admin pressure
