Job Function

• Manage the internal administration of an organization or a task.

Requirements

• Grade 12/ NQF 4
• Experience within the petroleum and retail industry will be an advantage. 
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in and administrative role dealing with orders, capturing invoices and solving complaints,
• Knowledge of replenishment levels will be an advantage.
• Previous experience on MS Navision will be an advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Basic financial recordkeeping and reporting within VKB Framework.
• Reconciliation of daily bank transactions and cash-ups.
• Ensure that VKB Fuels' policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Management of stock, expired stock and stock taking procedures.
• Ensure that Employee Time Keeping system (PRP) is kept up to date.
• Capturing GRV's according to VKB policy and procedure and recordkeeping thereof to ensure audit trail.
• Attending training interventions as is required from time to time.
• Other job-related administrative functions.
