A fantastic opportunity is available for an Assistant Brand Manager (temp) to join RB’s Marketing team.

This role is responsible to support the Senior Brand Manager for marketing a brand/ group of brands in the market. You will manage initiative development and activation of local brands in the portfolio including NPD and consumer & shopper communications. As an integral member of an experienced and dynamic Marketing team, you will feed into ideas and proposals for BDI’s for the brands based on consumer, shopper & market understanding. As ABM you will be required to work closely with the Trade Marketing team on implementation of store activation plans and support the Sales team in meeting customer requirements. You will build and maintain strong relationships across various departments to ensure your brand/ category objectives are met and also collaborate with key stakeholders, in order to accomplish goals and objectives of the team and business.

• Strong analytical skills and basic understanding of P&L and financial statements.
• Successful FMCG or OTC marketing experience of at least 1 year.
• Educated to minimum Bachelors in Business Studies, preferred Marketing and RSA citizen.
