Cellular Planner at PEP

DEPARTMENT: Commercial

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To manage the cellular planning function through stock management and performance analysis, in order to optimise the balance between sales, service and stock levels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Planning processes and systems development and improvement
• Forecasting and budgeting
• Stock performance manangement
• Stock allocation management
• Product life cycle manangement
• Manage relationships
• Coaching and supervising
• Ad hoc projects

JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS

• Commercial/Statistical degree or diploma
• Minimum 5 years retail planning experience
• Experience in planning tools, i.e. Arthur/EP
• Above average computer literacy (MS Office)
• Knowledge of telecommunication industry will be advantageous
• Competencies required: Analytical; systematic; good communication skills; detail orientated; team player; problem assessment; decision making; can cope with stress and take initiative
