    MICE Senior Travel consultant

    Job description

    Job description :

    • To Create customized itineraries within Southern African countries and to build the corresponding quotations and programs.
    • Accompany clients on site inspections and travel with group projects.
    • Negotiate with suppliers/ invoice client/ follow up on suppliers payment/ Produce financial reports of each group or event

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 5 years experience in the Travel industry
    • Excellent sales ability required, good knowledge of the destinations
    • To be able to work under pressure (short deadlines)
    • Excellent computer literacy (excel/ word/outlook/internet)
    • Perfect use of written and spoken English, French as a bonus
