The incumbent will be required to formulate and position the organisations Learning and Development value chain, operating model and frameworks in a broadly defined organisation strategy in order to position and enable horizontal implementation and adoption.
You would need to have extensive L&D experience and a track record of notable successfully executed projects and achievements.Education and experience

Relevant Masters Degree (NQF 9)

15 - 18 years’ experience in a similar environment (Learning and Development) of which 6-8 years ideally at senior management level
