A market leader is looking for an experienced General Manager with extensive experience leading a sales team. This position is highly rewarding with great remuneration and incentives.

The successful candidate will be responsible to head, plan, organize and control the commercial activities, formulate and implement business strategies, design and implement the overall sales and marketing plan and monitor and manage staff performance and progress. Qualification:

• Matric non-negotiable;
• Degree: In Sale & Marketing or a relevant tertiary qualification.

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience within FMCG;
• Exposure to a commercial trading environment;
• Knowledge and previous experience of sales, distribution and administration management in a commercial environment;
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience at a management level.

• Financial skills;
• Strong MS office skills.
