Key Requirements
- Marketing Degree/Diploma
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as a Team Leader/Marketing coordinator
- B2B and B2C marketing experience in services provider sector, preferably financial services
- Exceptional experience in promoting products, services and the brand.
- Leadership and project management experience
- Outstanding spoken and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
- Managing all marketing for the group of companies and activities within the marketing department
- To manage team members, tasks and work output
- Creation and publication of all marketing collateral for use in all different touch points and channels
- Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications
- Trade shows, conferences, product launches, clients functions, and sales meetings
- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company and group functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
- Overseeing the company’s marketing budget
- The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Copy writing and editing marketing content
- To implement marketing strategy
- To draft marketing copy, content and proposals
- To lead and motivate the team
- To carryout market research
- Researching and reporting on external opportunities
- Managing the customer journey (customer relationship management)
