    Account Executive

    Job description

    The Account Executive works closely with the client service team in the execution of the production process and is involved in the report generation, analysis and presentations for clients as assigned. The Account Executive builds strong relations with the key users and contacts at the client’s organization and is involved in guiding and training new members of the team as well as being involved as required with the data management process and guiding the junior team members.

    • Involved in the Presentation Development
      • Prepare for storyboard by developing an overview and type of outcome to guide the storyboard
      • in the development of the presentation in storyboard meetings.
      • process with SAE (Senior Account Executives).
      • Participates in presentation development discussion, looking at frameworks, debrief notes with SAE.
      • Engage in team interaction in the presentation development.
      • Presentation development to team members and allocate presenters.
      • Participates
    • Presentation to Client
      • Professionally presents a section of the presentation to the client as required.
      • Handles any questions and engages in client discussions with SAE.
      • Takes notes and pulls additional data or charts as requested during workshops and presentations.
      • Deals with follow up requests on post presentation Adhocs and ensure that delivery to clients.
    • Client Service Delivery
      • Deals with adhoc requests and data related queries as required.
      • Builds relationships with client key contacts as required.
    • Champions New Set-up’s within the team
      • Liaises and works with the projects team, data specialists and operations team where necessary / required.
      • Interacts with new clients on categorisation, reporting requirements together with SAE.

    Qualifications

    Relevant Tertiary degree (B.Sc, Marketing, Mathematics, Stats, B.Com) or other.
