Key Output

• Monitor all BWE Rental Rest of Africa Territories
• Development of Rental pricing by country
• Identify appropriate action plans in conjunction with operations, LoB and CAT to address identified deviations.
• Trend performance of fleets across countries
• Budgeting for fleet related CAPEX
• Revenue budgeting for Rental & Used
• Maintenance of customer contracts
• Repair & Maintenance review monthly per category of fleet to ensure aligned with business/CAT targets
• Setting standard for when machines are moved from Rental to CCU and alerting operations of which machines are moved when
• Submission of Caterpillar reporting metrics i.e.: (margin contribution)
• Fleet impairment reviews twice a year
• Review of monthly billing to ensure in line with agreed rates and minimum hours
• Depreciation review monthly
• Maintenance of ROP contracts and engage with relevant customer/CCU team for conversions when due

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

• Grade 12
• BCOM - A tertiary qualification in business management will be an added advantage
• SAP Knowledge
• Knowledge & experience of financial reporting systems
• Attention to detail
• >5 years equipment management experience (mobile fleets) including maintenance and repair management
• >3 years experience in business management
• Working experience of computerized maintenance management systems
• Expert knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel & PowerPoint
• Understanding of Life cycle costing

Key Output

• Management of the Fixed Asset Register in line with company policy (Additions, Disposals and Asset Verifications)
• Day-to-day transactional work on their specialised respective arrears
• Reconciling their respective specialised areas to Kerridge general ledger
• Tax packs schedules preparation and monthly VAT reconciliations
• Limited interaction with internal and external auditors
• Preparation and processing of journals Prepare and understand monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Reconcile and balance intercompany loan accounts
• Calculate and raise monthly accruals and provisions
• Follow up on and resolve all outstanding queries and items finance related and or on the request of the Management Accountant/FM

• Pay debtors, finance companies and suppliers, Deal with all ad hoc cash flow queries
• Allocation of debtor payments to relevant accounts, Processing of journals
• Preparation of bi-weekly cash flow forecast , Responsible for petty cash and petty cash reconciliation
• Processing of debtors and FAR credit notes
• Assisting the senior accounts clerk with ad hoc monthly duties to ensure accurate and complete monthly reporting
• Effective self-management and performance ownership

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

• National Diploma in Accounting (Minimum)
• 2 years working experience in a similar role (Minimum)

Key Output

• Deliver customer service according to position relevant KPI's (as per Balanced Scorecard, SLA's) while meeting departmental financial targets
• Ensure you work according to policies, principles and procedures of the parts department.
• Manage POD’s and SAP reports and quality of hoses produced
• Receive hose requirements / specifications from parts and service sales liaison
• Verify against HIS to validate correct specifications / requirements
• Pick loose parts dependant on plant specific layout and process
• Select correct hose and cut to specification
• Adhere to contamination control guidelines for hose cleaning
• Assemble hose to Caterpillar specification
• Tag hose with correct information, Seal and despatch as required
• Sign off hose assembly in hose register
• Build hydraulic hoses per sample as and when required
• Providing assistance in other areas within the warehouse as and when required
