    Quality & Kitting Supervisor

    DUTIES:

    • Manage Quality & kitting team to ensure performance and daily targets are met.
    • Manage NCRS & attend to open NCRs and ensure are closed within 9 working days.
    • Evaluate all NCRs and sent a monthly report to Warehouse Manager.
    • Manage ticketing system & update within 48hs.
    • Attend to supersessions & kit breakup requests.
    • Manage stock booked into inspection and resolve within 9 days.
    • Manage and monitor LL01 report daily and ensure that all transfer orders relate to kitting are confirmed within 5 days.
    • Ensure daily target of Quality Gate Checks are met. Attend to expired parts accordingly.
    • Ensure defected items are moved & booked to inspection and are investigated within 8 hours of receipt.
    • Complete and update the ISO requirements in your department.
    • Ensure accurate recordkeeping and document management.
    • Prepare and submit accurate reports, in the agreed format, on time.
    • Ensure compliance with standard operating policies and procedures (including quality controls)
    • Conduct the Health and Safety inspections daily, weekly, and monthly.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Matric or equivalent.
    • Technical certification with ability to read technical drawings.
    • Supply Chain & Logistics certification (advantageous).
    • Minimum of 5 years within Bell (or similar environment) with strong understanding of parts
    • Supervisory experience (advantageous)
    • Knowledge of ERP systems.
    • Must be computer literate.
    • Experience in ISO and/or Quality process implementation and control will be advantageous.
    • Ability to communicate at all levels.
    • Must have a good understanding of the company's quality procedures.
    • Must be prepared to work overtime as & when required.
    • Must be able to work shifts.
