    Affiliate, Listings and Web Broker Manager

    Job scope 

    • Monitor and analyze performance metrics for online listings and affiliate programs, tracking key indicators such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue generated, and adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results. Specific duties will include;  
    • Manage and optimize online listings across various platforms, including Google Business Page, Yelp, and other relevant directories, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and visibility of business information to enhance online presence and attract customers. 
    • Develop and implement strategies to expand and diversify the company's affiliate network, cultivating relationships with potential affiliates and negotiating partnership agreements to drive traffic and sales. 
    • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to identify opportunities for affiliate campaigns and promotions, leveraging affiliate relationships to increase brand exposure and generate revenue. 
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, online listings management, and affiliate marketing, applying new insights and techniques to enhance the company's online visibility and affiliate partnerships. 
    • Provide regular reporting and analysis on the effectiveness of online listings and affiliate programs, presenting insights and recommendations to management to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth. 
    • Act as the primary point of contact for affiliate partners, providing support, guidance, and resources to ensure successful collaboration and maximize mutual benefits. 
    • Ensure accuracy of business information on web brokers' platforms and handle queries from sales and country teams on changes related to centre information published online by web brokers. 
    • Cooperate with approved web brokers, internal teams, and agencies on automation solutions for the channel. 
    • Manage requests from sales teams on activation of new web brokers, following the company's policy on partnerships with web brokers. 
    • Act as a primary point of contact for any queries related to web brokers' channel. 

    Background and experience 

    • Previously experience of managing and optimizing online listings across a variety of platforms.  
    • High drive, tenacious and excellent communication skills. 
    • Works collaboratively with colleagues from other teams to deliver results. 
    • Able to work independently.  
    • Resilient and self-motivated.  
    • Ambitious and career motivated.  
    • Strong analytical skills.
