    Commercial Property Procurement Specialist

    Job description

    Purpose of the role

    • Conduct comprehensive research with regards to market & property trends to identify possible premises for Capitec Bank branches
    • Source and evaluate new premises for branch and ATM distribution network and negotiate with landlords and property brokers
    • Liaise with Operations regarding premises needs and progress reporting
    • Liaise with Internal stakeholders regarding new branch and cash device rollout.
    • Responsible for the negotiation and conclusion of lease agreements
    • Responsible for existing and new external property stakeholder (i.e. estate agents, property developers & brokers) liaison and relationship management

    Qualifications

    • National Senior Certificate( Grade 12) or National Certificate ( Vocational)
    • A relevant tertiary qualification (degree)

    Experience

    • Ideally, at least 5 years’ experience in property / premises sourcing and negotiating lease agreements within the properties environment

    Knowledge and skills

    • Operational knowledge of Capitec Bank branch environment
    • Knowledge of Property industry (i.e. property law, lease contracts)
    • Budgeting, planning and control

    IT Security Analyst

    Job description

    Purpose of the role

    • To maintain an effective security monitoring system
    • To monitor and report on information security events
    • To identify and respond to information security incidents
    • To maintain and improve on the Vulnerability Management and security monitoring processes in the bank

    Key Tasks

    • Monitor, report on and improve Cyber Defence monitoring systems
    • Effectively enforce change to minimise Logical and Physical Access administration weaknesses and concerns
    • Investigate potential security breaches
    • Assist in execution of Cyber Security Defence implementation plan, in support of the Cyber Security strategy.
    • Obtain insight into new innovations and learn about future technologies/trends
    • Improve the corporate security posture

    Qualifications

    • Matric / Grade 12
    • Relevant IT qualification (e.g. MCSA or Security+ or SSCP or GSEC)

    Experience

    • 2 - 3 years relevant experience within Windows security administration & infrastructure (i.e. antivirus, anti-malware, IDS/IPS, email and web content monitoring, vulnerability scans, SIEM)

    Knowledge and skills

    • Must have a good understanding of Security processes ; Security Technologies (e.g. Firewalls, intrusion detection systems, antivirus, patch management, siem) and Fundamental security concepts (e.g. policy, encryption, access controls, audit trails, risk management) and MS Office suite
