    Solution Architect - Revenue Managemen

    Job Summary

    We are now looking for a Solution Architect, who will be responsible for analyzing, designing and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions for the customers. In this role, you will also be accountable for providing profitable business for Ericsson by translating customer needs, and technology opportunities into detailed technical offering, solutions and proposals.

    Responsibilities

    • Scope, define and design solution offerings; driving end-to-end technical solutions
    • Analyze customer technology, define business requirements and participate in risk analysis
    • Work with core team on list of potential activities and solutions
    • Develop technical presentations and proposals, and perform customer presentations
    • Support deployment of solution
    • Provide feedback to R&D
    • Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharing
    • Stay abreast of on new technology/technical areas and share information about solution to enable customer competence build

    Key Qualifications

    • Education: Degree in ICT/Telecommunications
    • Minimum years of experience: 7-10
    • Domain experience: BSS - Revenue Management (CS/RM)
    • Experience from technical job roles is required, e.g. experience from work as an Integration Engineer
    • Experienced Solution Architect

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferably in telecommunication, science, engineering or business discipline
    • 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager - leading and managing complex projects
    • Several years experience in delivering IT/Telecommunications projects, in particular, Systems Integration (IP, Core & Cloud) projects
    • Have excellent planning and scheduling skills
    • Have excellent financial understanding and the ability to manage cost efficient service deliveries
    • Proven experience in effectively managing subcontractors and stakeholders across large projects
    • Knowledge in root cause analysis/problem solving and the ability implement/drive corrective actions and efficiencies

    Preferred Qualifications & Experience Requirements

    • PMI certification (or PRINCE II)
    • Experience in scoping and selling projects
    • Contract management
    • 3rd pp suppliers management experience
    • Project sales process
