    WMS Administrator

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Day to Day administration of Oracle WMS – user maintenance, user access, user profiles and location maintenance, level 1 support to DC operations, troubleshooting of integration issues with ERP
    • Interface between DC Operations and WMS Vendor
    • Development of reporting and dashboards from WMS reporting database for OPS management teams
    • Analysing system logs, identifying and reporting of potential issues with all operational systems.
    • Performing routine audits of systems and operational processes
    • Understanding & partaking in stock sync, operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
    • Adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords
    • Answering technical queries and assisting users
    • Troubleshooting and recording of reported system problems
    • Liaison with IT & ensuring that the network infrastructure is up and running
    • Quality Control (QC) support for Integration of Dimensions operational assistance
    • Assisting in trouble shooting WCS & escalating to stakeholders
    • Responsible for all technical WMS understanding & internal DC processes
    • Responsible for maintenance of technical training schedules in support of operational SOP's
    • Assisting in arranging data in an understandable manner to assist operations with dashboards
    • Assist operations with good system practice & change management
    • Troubleshooting of integration issues with ERP & WMS system

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, Logistics, IT Systems, or similar qualification
    • Full understanding of a WMS, the application, and troubleshooting
    • Experience in DC operations beneficial
    • Experience in FMCG and Retail industry beneficial
    • High level of proficiency with MS Office packages

    Junior Legal Counsel - Regulatory and Compliance

    Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel your responsibilities will include:

    • Draft, review, negotiate and finalise contracts
    • Update and improve template documents
    • Assist with dispute resolution, including consumer matters
    • Keep abreast of new legal developments affecting the business
    • Assist with regulatory matters
    • Assisting in the review company policies and practices on a regular basis to ensure that all are in compliance
    • Assist in the development and implementation of mechanisms for detecting, reporting and correcting compliance violations to assist in mitigating risks
    • Assist with training and seminars
    • Integrate with the business via regular communication
    • Support the legal team as required

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • LLB, admitted attorney in South Africa
    • 1-2 years post-admission experience at a well-established law firm in commercial /corporate law, or in the in-house legal department of a large corporate, some regulatory experience would be an advantage
    • Experience in commercial law issues generally, and particularly in drafting/reviewing contracts
    • Experience in technology, retail, employment law or privacy law would be ideal, but is not strictly required
