    Senior Sales Specialist

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Asserts subject matter expertise in multiple domains or solutions sets.
    • Supports the closure of sales based on technology domain knowledge.
    • Addresses the technology conceptual challenges during the sales process.
    • Asserts a high level of relevant product and service knowledge to have meaningful conversations with potential and existing clients.
    • Maintains awareness of the competitive landscape, market pricing, and strategy and how to penetrate a new market.
    • Contributes to the knowledge base of the company's solutions and services within a practice area or service area by sharing best practices with internal teams, as well as client teams.
    • Owns the client relationship and continuously build a professional relationship within assigned accounts.
    • Works with relevant technology vendors and ensures a deep understanding of their solutions and how they can contribute to our own solutions set.
    • Engages and interacts with clients to uncover and understand client business goals.
    • Articulates the solution/deliverables that the client requires, as opposed to the products that they need to buy.
    • Prepares and conducts client workshops and presentations and establishes relationships with multiple client stakeholders and secure deals with clients to achieve assigned sales quotas and targets.
    • Uses understanding of the client’s business and depth of knowledge on the technology-specific solution to personalize the recommended solution in line with the client’s need.
    • Identifies and acts on new sales opportunities within an account and work with the sales teams to drive them to closure.
    • Pursues and lands qualified leads identified by the client managers and other lead generation sources.
    • Executes on the sales strategy and supports the wider territory sales plan, defining own plan for the solution to ensure that sales target is achieved.
    • Discovers, forecasts, and runs opportunities in the medium and long-term.
    • Identifies, assesses and highlights client risks that could prove detrimental to the client’s organization and credibility.
    • Supports the sales process and collaboratively work with sales teams, especially Client Managers, to successfully close the deal.
    • Uses sales methodologies and tools such as opportunity plans, and account plans to drive the sales process.
    • Develops and implements an opportunity plan, to provide regular check-ins with the primary point of contact and have an established process for getting buy-in from all stakeholders.

    Senior Sales Manager: Retail

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Works with the regional Sales Leadership and decision makers to assist with the development of a sales strategy that will deliver the strategic objectives as outlined in the global and regional organizational strategy.
    • Defines the way the sales force will approach the market and to determine the targets that the sales force should achieve and strive to exceed.
    • Provides input into and ensures that sales procedures and policies as defined by the sales leadership are implemented and followed.
    • Drives the alignment to the sales and organizational strategies by creating operational plans and identifying areas for continuous improvement in the sales process.
    • Responsible for operational management of the team which, creating and executing on plans and reporting on the team activities in the required forums.
    • Engages in account planning and assists the Client Manager in opportunity qualification for large or complex deals.

    • Sales solution skills. The knowledge of the company's offerings, client applications, use cases and market trends and the skill to apply them to individual client and prospect situations that positions the sales team member as an expert client advisor. Success will require the ability to link the organizational offerings, including high-value services to specific client and prospect needs and outcomes.
    • Sales resources optimization. Building internal relationships, working with pursuit teams and leveraging vendors as resources throughout the sales cycle.
    • Sales pursuit. The skills and knowledge that enable a sales team member to create success by identifying and advancing opportunities at assigned prospects and clients.     Cloud Specialist

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborates with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions.
    • Viewed as a trusted technical advisor to the client and ensure technical solutions will accomplish the client's objectives.
    • Designs and architects cloud-based systems, ensuring high availability, scalability, performance, and reliability.
    • Assesses existing systems and develop migration strategies to transition on-premises applications and infrastructure to the cloud.
    • Designs integration solutions to enable seamless data flow between cloud and on-premises environments.
    • Defines and enforces security best practices and compliance standards for cloud-based systems.
    • Develops and maintains cloud governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
    • Provides guidance and support to development teams to ensure adherence to cloud architecture standards and best practices.

    • Specifically relating to opportunity pursuit this role will evaluate each opportunity for alignment with organizational capabilities and business policy, prepare the executive summary that outlines all of the information gathered from the client in regard to their needs, as understood, document the proposed technology solution,,, perform the actual solution design and prepare a parts list outlining equipment to be provided, develop and manage a proof-of-concept as such may be required, engage all technical resources required for an accurate solution design, prepare a network diagram outlining the proposed solution, document all deliverables and what constitutes a successful completion,

    • Knowledge of VPNs, VPC peering, and hybrid connectivity options between on-premises and cloud environments.
    • Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM), encryption, data protection, secure network configurations, and compliance frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS.

    • Familiarity with DevOps principles and practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).

    Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or information systems or a related field.
    • Certification and working knowledge of Enterprise Architecture methodologies (for example, TOGAF, Zachman, SOA, ITIL, COBIT, etc.).
    • Relevant cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect or Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Architect.
    • Software and programming languages, for example, C++.
    • SAFe Scaled Agile certification advantageous.

    Required Experience:

    • Seasoned professional technical experience within a large scale (preferably multi-national) technology services environment.
    • Seasoned experience as a Cloud Technical Architect or a similar role, designing and implementing cloud architectures for complex systems and applications.
    • Seasoned experience in designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based solutions, preferably using leading cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
    • Seasoned experience in a professional technical role.
    • Seasoned experience in project management methodologies.
    • Seasoned experience with major cloud platforms.
    • Seasoned experience with serverless computing platforms such as AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, or Google Cloud Functions.
