    Shared Service Supervisor

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in HR/ Industrial Psychology or related field

    Experience

    • 2 – 5 years Coordinator in an HR environment
    • Strong administration skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail. 
    • Effective time management skills with the ability to multitask and follow through 
    • Ability to work effectively under pressure 
    • Initiative, confidentiality, tact and discretion when dealing with people
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong customer service orientation

    Duties

    •  Human Capital administration, ensuring a great experience for current and potential Employees.
    •  Onboarding and Offboarding: Ensure that the onboarding process is aligned to the overall business requirements. 
    •  Rewards and Recognition: Assisting rewards and recognition mechanisms for all entities and obtaining alignment from Reward & Benefits Manager.
    •  Legislative Compliance: Supervising that all Employment Equity (EE) data and any other employee data is captured correctly onto the HRIS by Shared Service
    •  Develop the Shared Service Practitioners to be multi-skilled in all business units
    •  Develop procedures for implementation to optimise Shared Service support to the HR team and redesigning transactional HR processes

    Job Competencies

    • Relevant administration experience
    • Previous exposure to payroll admin would be an added advantage
    • Proven experience in HR administration and HR system administration (CRS)

    • Good understanding of the Foundation environment and application of HC knowledge to business context

    Metallurgist - Wadeville

    Qualifications

    • Metallurgy / Chemical Engineering Diploma / Degree

    Experience

    • 5 years in various mineral industries 
    • Detailed understanding of extractive metallurgy process, including flotation and hydrometallurgy. 
    • Knowledge of metallurgical processes.
    • Ability to conduct lab tests and plant trials on the above processes

    Head of Investor Relations

    Qualifications

    • NQF Level 7 qualification in Commerce, Business or Finance.
    • A post grad qualification in Commerce, Business, Finance is advantageous.

    Experience

    • At least 7 years’ experience in a similar role.

    Duties

    • Oversee the preparation of content and collateral for presentations to the investor and analyst community such as analyst presentations, conference call scripts, etc.
    • Developing IR targeting programs.
    • Preparation of the Integrated report.
    • Leading the development of other collateral/marketing material for investor relations.
    • Responding to Investor relations queries (finance related);
    • Leading the group related responses with strategy.
