    Responsibilities:

    • To be accountable for leading the finance function for BCB Technology including the development and execution of processes to ensure the successful execution of the BCB Finance & BCB Technology strategies.
    • To provide value manager support to BCB Technology, Business and Finance stakeholders that extends beyond pure finance concepts but embraces the transformation of finance into a true business partner that influences the business direction, especially for Technology. 
    • To drive business change that is not limited to a narrow finance lens.
    • Lead the BCB Technology Finance team according to SBG's leadership principles and values, including managing the employee lifecycle from recruitment through to exit, performance management, training and development, discipline and grievance management, retention, reward and people administration to ensure a high-performance culture.
    • Liaise with external and internal audit with regards to BCB audit scopes as it pertains to financial controls and the financial control environment, clearing identified internal and external audit issues relevant to BCB Technology by implementing interventions to remediate weaknesses in financial controls as identified.
    • Nurture, collaborate, influence, and develop inter-team relationships that accommodate and support agile ways of working and delivering across the organization.
    • Optimize strategic business delivery through the appropriate views and guidance incorporated into quarterly business reviews that drive the appropriate business strategic discussions.
    • Partner with and act as advisor to the BCB Chief Information Officer and his/her direct reports on how to optimize returns, through the management of key business and value drivers within the Group Finance policy.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • IT Risk/security certification such as CISM, CISSP or CISA Required Relevant Azure/AWS Cloud Certification Required.
