    Parts Buyer - Cape Town CBD

    Main Job Functions:

    Source parts 

    • Place order for job card and additional parts.
    • Order Parts within 24 hours of receiving a purchase order.
    • Once received, check for quality to inform the decision to keep or not.
    • Place telephonic orders for new parts.
    • Follow up daily to manage delivery of orders.
    • Obtain Letter of authorization must from supplier on back order of parts and forwarded to CSA and Workshop Manager.
    • Give continuous feedback to CSA on the status of orders.
    • Negotiate additional discounts to prevent vehicles from being written off.

    Cost of a Selling target

    • Negotiate the best possible price with scarp-yards. 
    • Ensure that the cost of sales is below 35% for the month.

    Ensure vehicles are booked according to Company Standards

    • Generate “order for work” and fax/email to dealership.
    • Follow up daily with the dealership on progress.
    • On completion of the job, ensure the vehicle is returned to Renew It

    Requirements

    Critical experience:

    • 3 +  years motor industry parts buying experience

    Minimum education:

    • Matric

    Technical (systems) knowledge required:

    • Microsoft suite – intermediate
    • TMS – production/ panel shop system
    • Online system

    Procurement Analyst - Sandton

    Data analysis

    • Ensure analyse and interpret procurement data.

    Process improvement 

    • Identify opportunities to streamline procurement processes and improve efficiency.
    • Participate in special projects (system updates and implementations)

    Compliance standards

    • Manage and monitor Service Provider compliance and identify room for improvement.
    • Support the Procurement with SP related matters where applicable.
    • Evaluate supplier performance as well as maintain supplier relationship.

    Reports

    • Prepare and present daily weekly and monthly procurement performance reports.

    ADHOC

    • Any addition ADHOC requests made by management must be adhered to.

    Requirements

    Critical experience:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Key Accounts Manager

    Purpose of the job:

    • Provide a superior service to Key clients with a view to maintaining current Key accounts.

    Company Profit 

    • Cultivate existing and recruit new clients to utilise First assist’s services.
    • Develop, document, and implement agreed processes.
    • Ensure Contact Centre Agents are equipped to provide superior service thereby encouraging the development of Key clients. 
    • Prioritise and react to email escalations accordingly.
    • Attend monthly operations and quarterly reviews and any other adhoc meetings and provide feedback on Key Accounts.
    • Improving and maximizing service delivery by means of initiative and innovation (problem solving and improving service delivery to clients).

    Internal and External Governance and Compliance 

    • Ensure a thorough understanding of each client services and protocols by self and all internal departments.
    • Ensure that all relevant documentation is created and updated at all times.
    • Ensure understanding and adherence of relevant client SLAs.
    • Be familiar with current industry and keep abreast of new developments.
    • Responsible for building and maintain relationships with the clients.
    • Ensure that clients requirements are met by means of in-depth understanding, problem solving and taking accountability from premium customer service.

    Monthy Reports

    • Always verify accuracy of reports to key clients.
    • Provide management reports to present progress with key accounts.
    • Encourage the utilization of statistics to improve the service offering.
    • Any addition ADHOC requests made by management must be adhered to.
    • Adhoc reports as required by clients/analysis.

    Requirements

    Critical experience:

    • 2 years Key Accounts Management
    • Ideally motor industry experience and/or Short-Term Insurance
    • Proven track record of strong problem solving and communication capabilities. 
    • Proven track record of working under pressure
    • Customer service 

    Minimum education:

    • Matric - ideal

    Technical (systems) knowledge required:

    • Microsoft suite – advanced

    Desktop Vehicle Assessor

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Quote and assess damage against a provided or requested quotation.
    • Decide whether to replace/ repair part/ use aftermarket spares when warranty has expired.
    • Generate claims report.
    • Determine market value of vehicle for settlement.
    • Make notes on systems, process claims and upload documents.
    • Responsible to sign off additional.
    • Handle complaints, queries, and interaction with internal and external stakeholders.

    Requirements

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Matric/Grade 12.
    • 4 years’ experience in motor assessing / estimating.
    • Technical skills.
    • Negotiation and conflict handling skills.
    • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
    • Time management.
    • Analytical Thinking.
    • Customer Service Orientation.
    • Abuntex / Smart quote will be advantages.

    Vehicle Buyer

    Required Job Tasks:

    Profit Targets

    • Purchase vehicle for dealership & reaching monthly target.
    • Negotiating prices with potential sellers Ensure that we follow our dealership’s buying process.
    • Stay up to date with vehicle brands in the market, and prices on vehicles available in the market.
    • Follow up on accepted deals and make sure that vehicle goes to dealer.
    • Follow up with client when deal is accepted.
    • Ensure that you can understand latest market trends to assist in prices of vehicles.
    • Test drive the vehicles and examine to ensure its in an acceptable state.

    Customer Service

    • Build customer interest in the service and products offered and provide a personalised customer service of the highest level.
    • Ensure that clients are dealt with in an empathetic, professional, and respectful way.
    • Effective, efficient, and timeous communication via email / phone on Weelee info box, dealer info box, accounts info box and contact form box, and keeping records of all customer interactions.
    • Investigating and solving customer problems and referring onto senior staff or team leaders when necessary.
    • Creating a new feedback procedure for clients or improving upon the existing model.
    • Respond to clients within company standard TAT (24 hours) on all platforms.
    • Ad-hoc functions such as processing customer accounts, filing documents, and processing of pending cancellations.

    Adhere to all company policies and procedures

    • Ensure that all buying processes are followed, and documentation is in accordance with Company Policies.
    • Accuracy of documentation is critical and not negotiable.
    • Complying with any and all reasonable instructions and requests from Management.
    • Report any deviations and suspicious activities to management immediately.

    Requirements

    Critical Experience:

    • Previous sales experience required.
    • Motor sales experience will be advantageous.
    • People person with excellent communication skills.
    • 3-5years working experience.
    • Honesty and Integrity.
