    Senior Test Engineer

    The Senior Test Engineer builds on the skills required in the previous levels of Test Engineer role by not only delivering thorough and efficient testing but in leadership activities such as influencing, mentoring, coaching and leading test teams for short periods of time. A Senior Test Engineer is expected to be an expert in their domain, reviews the work of others and conducts proof of concept projects on new testing approaches and tooling. In short, Senior Test Engineers must help to drive change and the direction of testing in their function; bringing team members (not just testers) along with them.

    Key Responsibilities Key Accountabilities And Decision Ownership

    • Demonstrate an in-depth level of understanding of the system under test to enable risk assessment/mitigation and detailed estimation, creation and execution of test artefacts
    • Plan and execute specific testing approaches within defined stage of development e.g. rapid, risk based, exploratory, regression, security, usability etc.
    • Demonstrate continuous improvement in product, system knowledge and monitor technology trends to further increase the effectiveness of the testing function and evolve Sage's testing standards and practices
    • Review and maintain existing automation suites to ensure they are optimised, maintainable and as efficient as possible
    • Demonstrate leadership skills including, producing effective test metrics, coaching, mentoring, influencing testing strategy, leading a team or POC project for short periods of time and providing recommendations
    • Take responsibility for the full end to end testing phase, working with your own team and coordinating cross divisional test activities where necessary
    • Demonstrate knowledge sharing activities across teams, disciplines, functions and locations

    • Experience of using different automation tools used across testing within Sage

    Preferred

    • Good domain, component or product knowledge
    • Proven experience in testing including experience in designing and implementing test artefacts and experience of relevant automation tools

    Talent Acquisition Partner

     The Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) is accountable sourcing the right talent for the right role, and throughout the process provide exceptional candidate experience to all active, passive or potential talent for Sage. Educate, advise and provide direction to hiring managers / colleagues, on the best practice talent acquisition sourcing channels, selection methodologies and share market intelligence. The TAP will have GTM, functional and/or multisite responsibility and will participate in the delivery of the overall Talent Acquisition strategy and initiatives. Complete pre-screen calls, behavioural interviews prior to scheduling hiring manager interviews, guiding both hiring manager and candidate through the process smoothly. Build strong relationships and partnerships across the business, being regarded as the expert in talent acquisition, both internally and externally.

    Key Accountabilities And Decision Ownership

    • Responsible for the full life cycle recruiting, proactive sourcing, candidate engagement, assessment of candidate suitability and fit, managing the interviewing process, and closing/negotiating the offers; incl. detailed pre-screen prior to submitting candidates to manager interview
    • Act as an advisor to the business and advise them on market trends/competitive talent intelligence through developed expertise and knowledge, set clear expectations, and drive the client relationship.
    • Develop relationships with key stakeholders, to build trust and expertise in the functions, to enable confident conversations with candidates about teams and roles across the business
    • Define and deliver sourcing channels, that provide a balance of time, cost and quality to the business, seeking out new or redefine routes to market
    • Manage the internal applicant process as well as the employee referral process to ensure a consistent and positive experience for all parties
    • Deliver results through productivity / quality KPIs; time, cost, experience, reporting, ratio’s, data integrity and process adherence
    • Define personal brand, through candidate / hiring manager experiences and online presence, being a Brand Ambassador at all times to strengthen the employer brand at every opportunity
    • Be an advocate of good Social Media practices in the team and embed it in the wider business through example
    • Maintain accurate data records within the Sage ATS system
    • Present weekly, monthly and quarter reports to hiring managers on activity

    Key Responsibilities

    • Grade 12

    Sales Enablement Specialist

    The purpose of this role is to support the sales enablement function with soft skills, especially around product training and the onboarding program framework. The role focuses on strengthening functional capability across the sales organisation but also within a specific regional domain. By close partnering and consulting this role will bring a greater understanding to the function of the critical capabilities it needs to strategically build and strengthen so that a level of performance is achieved, and results achieved.     Independent Software Vendor

    This role is responsible for the recruitment, enablement and development of ISV partners that create applications servicing our targeted customers in a variety of different verticals and sub-verticals. In addition, this person will drive the sales awareness strategy for these verticals and ensure the sales teams have the right partner portfolio to effectively sell into their assigned verticals.
