    Team Leader Settlement - Midrand

    Job Description    

    • Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an exciting opportunity in our Operations department. We are looking for talented individual with relevant skills and experience for a Team Leader: Settlement, which is based in Midrand. The successful candidate will report directly to a Stock Manager in Midrand.To ensure the safe guarding of company assets & inventory whilst minimizing risk, fraud & losses by ensuring compliance to stock management and control processes & procedures. Furthermore, the role involves ensuring customer accounts are reflective of the deliveries & associated stock that were performed.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Ensure all inventory movements are accounted for daily & reconciled· Ensure all primary distribution reconciliations are completed daily· Ensure route settlement is completed accurately· Ensure all secondary distribution reconciliations are completed daily· Ensure all transfers between production & warehouse are reconciled daily· Ensure all inventory is counted daily & variances resolved through facilitating the stock counting process· Ensure compliance to all stock processes· Ensure all customer queries are processed daily to enable accurate customer accounts· Ensure all customer proof of delivery requirements are met· Ensure all invoices are accounted for & included in the route document packs· Ensure all external bottler transactions are completed accurately & invoiced accordingly· Ensure all re-charges to drivers, market logistics partners & such like are processed on time· Care for assets as per standard operational practices· Ensure system transactions are accurate & timeous· Ensure proper document control & storage for wet site & MLPS· Ensure stock age is managed within the total product management standards· Lead the stock management team

    key purpose

    • To provide technical support and services to the Equipment services division and other related stakeholders through the installation, maintenance and repair of fountain & coffee equipment in order to meet all quality standards and to achieve customer service excellence.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Registered Trade Test - Refrigeration.
    • Minimum requirement: 2 years’ experience in refrigeration/vending/fountain in the field (maintenance and repairs of commercial fridges).
    • Valid Code 08 driver's licence (must currently be driving). Code 10 will be an added advantage.

    Other requirements

The successful candidate will report directly to the Team Leader Warehouse in Bloemfontein. Key Purpose to maneuver trucks & trailers safely & efficiently in the yard/warehouse area so that vehicles & trailers can be loaded, off-loaded & parked within the predefined operational efficiency standards.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities    

    Key Output:

    • Ensure all secondary distribution trucks/trailers are moved to & from the loading bays at the required operational efficiency rate such that all vehicles achieve their respective departure times.
    • Ensure all primary distribution trucks/trailers are moved to & from the loading bays at the required operational efficiency rate such that all vehicles achieve their respective departure times.
    • Ensure trailers/trucks are parked within their designated parking bays in the yard to enable ease of departure for the driver.
    • Ensure the correct trailers/trucks are moved to a from the loading bays in accordance with the loading plan.
    • Ensure safe operation of trucks & trailers & other equipment & report any incidents relating to safety transgressions, damages to equipment & such like.
    • Ensure all appropriate trailers are connected to the power point at the respective parking bay & ensure the pallet jack is charging in the trailer to enable the driver to depart with ease.
    • Ensure all safety rules and processes are complied with including the use of chock blocks, no idling of vehicles whilst loading & any other applicable policies.
    • Comply with relevant stock management processes including counting of inventory daily.
