    Supply Manager

    Key Purpose Statement

    • To ensure availability of products to satisfy customer demand in full and on time through the management of the production planning process, raw materials, and outsourced product supply. This also includes the inventory management and compliance to RACM controls of raw materials and engineering spares.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities    
    Key Outputs and Accountabilities

    Manage Supply Planning, Production Planning and Inventory Management 

    Executes the implementation of key processes in:

    • Production planning as per model stock principles.
    • Raw materials and engineering spares inventory management and RACM compliance.
    • Stock level management of finished goods to avoid out-of-stocks.
    • Manages new product (New Product Development) introduction from raw materials sourcing to finished goods in the warehouse.  
    • Identify & exercise production output efficiency improvement opportunities. 
    • Ensures standard processes and Best Work Practices are implemented and identify opportunities for improvement.

    Support the implementation & improvement of various systems, processes, resourcing and capability. 

    • This includes ERP; Planning tools; Quality system; SHE system etc.
    • Engage with and support the regions in implementation of initiatives to ensure:
    • Customer demands are met on time and in full.
    • Support and participate in Site-based, Regional-based, and CCBSA-based initiatives to improve operational effectiveness.
    • e.g., establishment of focused improvement groups/ Community of practice. 
    • Share operational best practices across the supply chain. 
    • Manages collaboration across the value chain. This includes:
    • Liaising with the Commercial; Warehouse; Distribution and Production teams.

    • Manage the development of staff competencies and ensure a healthy Employee Relations climate.
    • Manage performance of others in a way that shapes a high performance, high engagement culture.

    Cost Management

    • Derive annual budget for the Supply function.
    • Manage and adhere to the set budget.
    • Provide monthly reports on the actual versus planned costs.
    • Provide the rolling budget estimates as per requirements throughout the financial year.

    Skills, Experience & Education    

    Qualifications and Experience 

    • A minimum of B. Degree or any 3-year relevant equivalent.
    • A minimum of 3- 5 years in an FMCG environment within a Supply Planning/ Production Planning/ Inventory Management experience.

    Business Systems Coordinator

    Job Description    

    • Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an exciting opportunity in our SHEQ department. We are looking for a talented individual with relevant skills and experience for a Business Systems Co-ordinator, which is based at CCBSA Phoenix. Key purpose: Co-ordinate and manage the business management system inclusive of all internal as well as external audits and corrective action.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Facilitate and coordinate the update of all documents and records
    • Coordinate document reviews
    • Administrate document data systems
    • Train all relevant parties on document and data control
    • Implement management system
    • Ensure internal audit programme is in place
