    HR Partner – Sub Saharan Africa

    What will you do? -  Your responsibilities:

    • Work closely with local market management to support their organizational needs to achieve their objectives.
    • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders across the overall organisation both within the market and outside, strike mutual solutions with the business leaders
    • Address HR challenges head on and implement plans to execute the HR priorities for the market.
    • Drive change at team level and coach managers to improve the overall team engagement.and to effectively deal with employee relations matters
    • Demonstrate and leverage the experience, skills and knowledge of the HR industry to make an impact in key areas such as change management, organisational design, employee engagement and talent analytics.
    • Support the managers to implement their people plans for recruitment, training, restructuring and succession.
    • Analyse human resource metrics and drive data-based decision making.  

    What  will you have ? -  Position requirements:

    • 8-10 years of experience as an HR Generalist in South Africa 
    • Ability to communicate effectively at different levels of organisation.  Ability to comprehend and communicate the business strategy to the employees.  
    • General HR skills - good understanding of the many different responsibilities of the function (e.g., business partnership, employee relations, Learning & development, rewards, compensation & benefits), fostering a positive and pragmatic relationship with the business and the employee population.  
    • Coaching skills – ability to coach mid-career and senior managers in complex business and employee related challenges.  
    • Culture awareness – Good understanding of the middle eastern culture and ways of working 
    • Employment Laws - Comprehensive understanding of local employment laws in Sub-Sahara African (SADC, Kenya, Nigeria) countries.
    • Proficiency in English

    LCSC Inside Sales Representative

    You'll be responsible for: 

    • Channel Program deployment and monitoring
    • Driving strategic engagement with the Partners to maximize sales and share of a business
    • Effectively sells Lenovo offering by building strong relationships and promoting Lenovo End to End solutions
    • Achieve quarterly targets and annual Sales Incentive Plan
    • Management and creation of Sales Funnels and Pipeline Management with Channel Partner
    • Effective account planning and management while driving over sales plan revenue performance and market share gains with resellers
    • Execution on joint business plans and managing quarterly sales activities through channel partners
    • Implementing and promoting the efficient use of all Lenovo tools inclusive of Lenovo Partner Hub
    • Establishes a professional working relationship (up to the executive level) with partners focusing mainly on owners and decision makers

    What you'll bring:

    • Understanding of the IT industry, competing vendors and the channel
    • English fluent spoken & written
    • 3+ years of experience with similar position
    • Sales, organizational and project management skills focusing on Operational 
    • Relationship management and influencing skills
    • Business acumen and a solid understanding of ICT business
    • Good interpersonal skills, ability to build and sustain exceptional business relationships with executives and business owners
    • Presenter Skills, Power point and Excel knowledge
