    HR Administrator - Western Cape

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with the roll out and coordination of all HR projects
    • Co-ordinate general HR administration for the Nurture Groups of companies 
    • Assist the team with reporting
    • Process HR Payments
    • Support the team with collation of agendas, presentation and minutes
    • Responsible for managing HR consumables
    • Assist with the compilation and reporting of BBBEE, EE and skills submissions  
    • Support HRBP’s in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
    • Coordinate and monitor the Yes4Youth program for the Group
    • Assist with job descriptions, performance management and onboarding administration
    • Assist with recruitment, training and development and IR administration
    • Assist with employee engagement initiatives and social committee activities
    • Co-ordinate events such as long services awards, birthday celebration and track budget accordingly.

    Requirements

    • Grade 12 certificate 
    • HR related degree or diploma 
    • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR administration 
    • Advanced computer literacy
    • Excellent verbal, oral and written communication
    • Able to analyse and interpret information
    • Excellent planning and organising skills
    • Able to meet deadlines
    • Resilient and able to consistently deliver results 
    • Ability to show initiative, collaborate at all levels, dependable, and able to work under pressure

    Jnr Payroll Specialist - Western Cape

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure that payroll information is captured accurately and timeously 
    • Execute functions in alignment with payroll rules, SARS compliance and Sage 300 methods of calculation 
    • Capture and process all new appointments, employee information changes and terminations accurately and timeously 
    • Maintain Sage 300, ESS and Time and Attendance software for allocated companies
    • Maintain Sage 300, ESS and Time and Attendance software for allocated companies
    • Manage the ESS system daily and update with new employees monthly, adding of users and resetting of accounts
    • Ensure transactions are aligned with leave policy and procedures
    • Advise HR of non-compliant trends on an ongoing basis 
    • Oversee electronic leave applications to ensure this is aligned with leave policy and procedures
    • Monitor that timesheets are approved, and hours are pulling through correctly
    • Audit system to ensure information is tracking correctly.
    • Related payroll administration and filing

    Requirements

    • VIP payroll administration certificate  
    •  SAGE 300 Payroll administration certificate
    • A minimum of 2  years’ experience in payroll administration 
    • Advanced computer literacy
    • Excellent verbal, oral and written communication
    • Able to analyse and interpret information Excellent planning and organising skills
    • Able to meet deadlines Resilient and able to consistently deliver results  
    • Ability to show initiative, collaborate at all levels, dependable, and able to work under pressure.
