    Senior Production Manager - Heilbron

    Job Advert Summary

    • Clover is currently recruiting for a Senior Production Manager to manage the manufacturing department at their Heilbron Production facility.  

    Responsibilities for the position will include, but is not limited to:

    • Manage production processes.  
    • Manage staff.   
    • Manage production productivity.  
    • Manage fixed cost.  

    Requirements

    • Relevant degree / Equivalent qualification.   
    • Relevant experience in applying job-related concepts, techniques, and processes at the required level.
    • People management experience.  
    • Business English: Fluent.
    • Computer literacy (Advanced).
    • Code 08 Driver's license. 
    • Travel off-site/overnight stay.
    • Work shifts/weekends/public holidays.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Manage production processes.  

    • Execute planning and scheduling. 
    • Compile and submit production 
    • Manage quality, costs, and the functionality of equipment. 
    • Manage the manufacturing process. 
    • Ensure housekeeping and good manufacturing practice. 

    Manage staff.   

    • Set objectives and manage performance. 
    • Ensure optimal utilization of staff. 
    • Apply consistent discipline. 
    • Train and develop staff. 
    • Conduct meetings and ensure effective communication to all. 
    • Liaise and communicate with management in all departments. 
    • Implement and maintain Way Better teams. 

    Manage production productivity.  

    • Improve capacity utilization and overall plant performance (OPP). 
    • Manage lost time injury frequency rate (LTIFR). 
    • Manage strike rate. 
    • Manage usage variance eg. AE, AM, AF.
    • Manage SHE activities in  

    Manage fixed cost.  

    • Manage overtime, labour cost, electricity usage, water usage etc. 
    • Compile annual fixed cost budget and report on deviations.

    Assistant Sales Representative: Emerging Markets

    Requirements

    • Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4 
    • Business English: Fluent 
    • Code 10 motor vehicle license

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Increase customer recruitment/onboarding within the Emerging Markets Channel 

    • Ensure visits to all appointments made for customer recruits  
    • Coordinate the account application process until complete  
    • Source new business to develop an active buying customer base within the FSI channel  
    • Introduce Clover within the FSI channel to satisfy customers' needs  
    • Ensure a minimum  of 125 customers are onboarded/recruited on a monthly basis  

    Provide and Support ongoing excellent service to customers 

    • Develop and maintain excellent customer service  
    • Ensure that all customer queries are attended  
    • Ensure that customers are notified of accounts opened  
    • Liaise with Sales Reps and Area Manager on all onboarded customers  
    • Coordinate the customer handovers process with Sales Reps and Area Managers  
    • Record and report feedback on customers not recruited : reasons for rejection

    Controller: WMS - Queensburgh

    PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: 

    • Manage stock according to the Warehouse Management System  
    • To be a valuable member of the Warehouse team
    • The successful candidate will be expected to work nightshift, weekends, and public holidays
    • Reliable transport required 

    Requirements

    • Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4 
    • Business English: Fluent

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Assist in managing stock  

    • Control stock while in holding  
    • Receive and dispatch stock  
    • Re-supply stock on the system during the receiving process 
    • Locate stock  
    • Oversee the movement, re-packing, and maintain stock levels in the warehouse/identified location  
    • Prevent shrinkages and losses while moving, packing, and maintaining stock  

    Maintain warehouse system  

    • Maintain system in terms of updates, new products, discontinued products etc.  
    • Ensure stock is at the right location  
    • Link and set up scanners  
    • Compare/interpret weigh-bridge stats versus claims 

    Perform housekeeping, safety and security  

    • Conduct housekeeping responsibilities  
    • Follow safety regulations and ensure it is understood and followed by staff  

    Ensure warehouse productivity  

    • Allocate the resources in terms of picking and picking performance to ensure the full utilization of people 
    • Optimize the use of picking cages  
    • Minimize idling time
