    Warehouse Clerk

    Key Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Execute the despatching of all Primary and Secondary distribution shipments such that their respective departure times are met,
    • Ensure Secondary distribution shipments are received accurately in terms of submission of required documentation & hand held terminal (HHT),
    • Execute the accurate system-receipting of Primary distribution shipments while the correct submission of required documentation,
    • Coordinate the on-time resolution of all variances in either receipting or dispatching of PD & SD vehicles
    • Manage hardware in terms of HHT’s and related equipment are functional and checked in accordance with the asset care policy,
    • Execute the receipting/dispatching of vehicles within the standard turnaround time for the depot,
    • Coordinate that documents are submitted by drivers within the defined standards and that all documents are controlled accordingly for reconciliation and filing purposes,
    • Ensure deviations are recorded accurately while utilizing the standardized format such that resolution is possible,
    • Execute production issues and receipts on SAP on time and accurately,
    • Execute all external bottler transactions accurately & invoice accordingly,
    • Execute the reconciliation of all inventory movements daily: Primary Distribution, Secondary Distribution, 3rd party issues and receipts, Production issues and receipts,
    • Process daily write up’s / write downs, including breakages and salvages, trade replacements, and container destruction,
    • Perform daily stock counting process
    • Ensure compliance to all stock processes in line with the national SOP’s,
    • Care for assets as per standard operational practices,
    • Ensure system transactions are accurate & timeous,
    • Control & store documents in accordance with company policy,

    • Manage the daily call off of required Chep pallets to meet operational requirements whilst meeting required holding days on Chep
    • Accurately capture issues and receipts to and from Chep
    • Execute the Portfolio Plus to SAP reconciliation en ensure the effective resolution of differences and queries
    • Communicate customer trade balances with the aim to minimise pallet holding days

    • Operational Management
    • Assess current warehouse solutions and develop new solutions with the aim of achieving continuous improvement.

    • Identify digitalization opportunities in Warehouse, Fleet, and Distribution business case must be reviewed to ensure that it aligns with the business digitalization journey and would deliver the proposed outputs before it is submitted to the Logistics Director for review and approval.
    • Manage the project with all the functional leads and contractors to ensure that all digitalization approved projects go from idea to realization in all three departments
    • Collaborate with the CCBA IT function and relevant vendors to identify and map a 3 to 5 years digital forecast to help develop new solutions.

    Post Investment Specialist

    Job Description    

    • To ensure the facilities optimization to achieve and maintain Mintirho beneficiary profitability. This will be achieved through the diagnosis of the Mintirho portfolio of beneficiaries, Diagnosis of portfolio performance and recommend interventions to achieve profitability.
    • Level of interaction within and outside of the company as well as the nature and purpose of the interaction
    • Engage with the Mintirho management and board members to advise on proposed appropriate strategies and interventions to improve client and portfolio performance.

    Portfolio Diagnosis

    • Conduct a structured diagnosis of the beneficiaries’ strategic, operational and financial performance (i.e., balance sheet; income statement and cashflow statement) to determine the health of the business.
    • Collect data to determine operational performance and compliance to all relevant legislation (Production, Procurement, Sales and Marketing, HR, Safety, Tax, Exports etc.)
    • Conduct an analysis to identify trends, gaps, and key areas of improvement.
    • Explore ways to improve market access for beneficiaries.
    • Recommend interventions aimed at achieving the required level of improvement.
    • Lead and partner where applicable with relevant stakeholders, including but not limited to the Agricultural Development Specialist and external service providers, to implement the recommended interventions.

    Facilities Restructuring and Optimization

    • Develop a post-investment remedial plan for each portfolio beneficiary to enable business growth.
    • Drive the implementation of portfolio improvement initiatives that enable business growth (this includes but is not limited to repurposing of resources for underutilized investments).
    • Collaborate and actively coach beneficiaries on best-in-class investment utilization techniques to reduce all identified inefficiencies directly and indirectly impacting growth.
    • Provide inputs into any restructuring of the facility to optimize profitability and/or gearing (i.e., provision of insights/guidance on follow-up disbursement decisions; extension of repayment holidays; amending the repayment terms etc).
    • Enhance the impact of the fund on the business and quality of life of beneficiaries.
    • Explore and optimise ways to realise socio-economic impact and transformation of the fund.

    Investment Strategy Implementation

    • Provide input into the development and execution of the Mintirho Foundation’s follow-up pre-investment and post-investment strategies.
    • Conduct comprehensive benchmarking and analysis of trends (including market and economic data) to support the investment decisions.
    • Monitor the performance of the investment portfolio and ensure alignment with the Foundation’s strategic objectives.

    Monitoring; Evaluation and Reporting

    • Compile comprehensive investment portfolio performance reports for the Board of Trustees to enable effective decision making.
    • Document all post-investment transactions and decisions to enable compliance to policies and processes.
    • Maintain good standing and compliance with relevant regulatory bodies.
    • Provide guidance to beneficiaries on matters related to governance; labour law; health and safety compliance etc.

    Skills, Experience & Education

    Channel Manager: Wholesale

    Job Description    

    • Develop and implement customer execution plans, aligned to the Wholesale channel strategy, to drive volume and revenue growth.

    The role interacts with-

    • Procurement to ensure that vendors meet business requirements.
    • KO and Monster Energy Company (MEC) to ensure alignment in relation to customer and consumer promotions.

    • Review and monitor Wholesale channel performance, and continuously adapt plans based on insights and trends, to ensure continuous improvement.
    • Review the Wholesale plan’s execution (e.g. in-trade execution; incentives; campaigns; etc.), in trade, to identify opportunities for improvement and to support sales force capability in relation to plans.
    • Collaborate with the Revenue Growth team to devise optimal trading terms and Pay For Performance (P4P), which includes execution expectations, to support volume growth and market execution.
