    Temp Office Administrator

    Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

    • Switchboard operating
    • Coordinate office activities and operations
    • Manage the day to day running of all administrative duties
    • Assist internal and external clients with any administrative assistance required
    • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
    • General Office Admin
    • Modifying timesheets on a weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis
    • Updating and distributing absenteeism reports

    Duties & responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Prepare lesson plans and ensure that the appropriate training material, stationery and equipment is available and in excellent working order before the Training Session commences

    Qualifying Criteria

    • Certified Facilitator, Assessor and Moderator with ETDP SETA
    • Fully knowledgably on driven machinery regulations
    • Relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous)

    Junior Chemical Engineer

    • Project management, including process design and layout work
