    Growth Strategy Manager

    Job Description
    Manager – Corporate Strategy & Growth

    Introduction:

    As a manager, you will be joining Accenture’s Corporate Strategy & Growth team where you will work side-by-side with management and the C-Suite at some of our biggest clients across multiple industries to find their next growth frontier in the age of AI.

    • Identify and shape new growth opportunities to enhance existing and generate new revenue streams – defining where to play and what to offer
    • Design and launch new businesses, products, services, and experiences that capture the business opportunities – shaping how to win and accelerating commercial results
    • Drive pricing and profit optimization to create fuel for growth
    • Refresh corporate strategies and realign the organization to cascade strategy and measure success – accelerate, amplify and sustain growth

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage strategic projects from ideation through execution
    • Own the sales process end-to-end, from identifying opportunities to closing deals
    • Manage and mentor teams on the ground, ensuring high-quality deliverables
    • Develop and maintain senior client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor

    Must Have Experience:

    Technical Specialist

    Job Description

    Role Overview

    • The Technical Specialist will support Project related virtual servers hosted on a tenant based server infrastructure whereby the Project will be a tenant within the hosted environment.
    • This role will focus on administering virtual servers and service operations managed by external providers.
    • The specialist will also administer, deploy, and release in house developed applications.
    • A strong emphasis will be placed on ensuring the virtual servers and services security, performance, and stability.
    • The Technical Specialist should also demonstrate quality service and accountability in resolving requests, supporting daily operations, and ensuring system stability while possessing excellent communication and technical skills to handle network complexities and detect system failures.
    • This should result in accurate, timely, and efficient solutions and data, as evidenced by meeting customer needs and meeting or exceeding established performance metrics.
    • Responsibilities Administer and manage virtual servers within a tenant based server infrastructure. Monitor and support virtualised servers and services, focusing on performance optimisation and security. Administer in house developed applications, including deployment and release management, using modern CI CD processes. Maintain and optimise Microsoft Active Directory in a hosted environment.
    • Ensure robust backup and disaster recovery plans are delivered to the Project and related servers within the tenant based infrastructure.
    • Collaborate with external hosting providers to ensure service levels are met and infrastructure is scaled appropriately. Support internal departments by providing technical assistance and ensuring the seamless integration of IT solutions.
