Job Description

• Mini Senior Copywriter We are looking for a strong and idea-driven Copywriter who can create creative highlights and campaigns for the MINI social media channels.

Responsibilities

• Write copy across all social media channels Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize big ideas and write copy on campaign deliverables (i.e. social media campaigns, email campaigns, landing pages, websites etc.) Interpret copywriting briefs to understand project requirements See projects through the whole creative process – from concept, copy, design collaboration to production Edit and proofread copy to ensure standards are met Drive brand consistency across all communications Use SEO principles to maximize content reach and search rankings Source images and other content Keep abreast of digital and advertising trends in accordance with industry best practice

Qualifications/Experience/Skill:

• Tertiary qualification in Digital Copywriting/Copywriting Proficient in MS Office365 (i.e. Word/Excel/PowerPoint/MS Teams/OneDrive etc.)
• Minimum 5 years working experience as a Digital Copywriter in an Advertising Agency or Digital Advertising Agency (focussing on social content / media) Digital (well versed in Digital and all things social media)
• Good understanding of social media KPI's A good command of the English language (both verbal and written)
• Strong presentation skills, multitasking skills (ability to work on more than one brief at any given time), time management skills, administrative and organisational skills An online portfolio showcasing Digital written work

Job Description

Senior Digital Designer Experience: -

• Deep knowledge of channels and assets
• Social and car advertising experience (alternatively premium brand or transportation eg airlines)
• Experience in developing looks and a good feel for the visual taste of the Mini community
• Confident appearance and presentation confidence in front of the client Ideation:
• Developing entertaining, interesting and versatile concepts and ideas for Stories, Reels, Multi-Image Posts and other assets over different social media channels. Execution: - Very structured and conscientious work ethic
• Must have an understanding of CI, brand tonality and other guidelines and has to be able to implement them
• Must be hands-on in the execution and post of pictures
• Must be skilled in leading post processes (still & motion)
• Programmes – Photoshop, Powerpoint, AfterEffects (optional), Premiere (optional)

Job Description

Knowledge and Skills:

• Working knowledge of MVC.NET; C#.NET, VB.NET, WCF (Web services), XML, SOA (Service Oriented Architecture), JavaScript, JQuery, SQL, SSIS, SSRS, Team Foundation Server (TFS) or Azure DevOps.
