    Junior Project Manager - Centurion

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    As a project manager, you will be responsible for the planning, coordinating, overseeing, and managing of projects from conception to completion within time, budget, and the highest quality. This will entail both new stores and revamps within the group’s portfolio.

    • Assist the Development team with all tasks required in the build of new Pedros stores, or the revamp & remodel of existing stores.
    • Liaise with Landlords, Franchise Partners, and Operations during store builds.
    • Plan and set up new store build from Pre Beneficial-Occupation until final completion.
    • Determine the scope of works for revamp stores.
    • Programme and scheduling of works by contractors, suppliers, and internal distribution to ensure timeous completion.
    • Ensure the stores are built as per plan and specification.
    • Tender out the project to approved suppliers.
    • Ensure Budgets and Feasibility is done and signed off.
    • Engage with new suppliers/contractors where required.
    • Ensure build work/workmanship is of acceptable quality.
    • Add creative ideas to the design and look and feel of stores to keep them up to date with latest contemporary trends.
    • Ensure all compliance certificates are received.
    • Follow up and ensure all snags are completed timeously.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Degree or Diploma in Project Management, Building and/or Quantity Surveying.
    • 4 years of Project Management experience.
    • Experience in QSR and Retail projects preferred.
    • Expert in Email, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills.
    • Impeccable attention to detail.
    • Impeccable organisational skills.
    • Calm under pressure.
    • Tech-savvy.

    Procurement Manager - Newlands East

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Deals with foreign markets/ international procurement.
    • Manage store/ retail purchases.
    • Able to negotiate with multinational suppliers and top SA suppliers.
    • Reporting and analysis.
    • Supplier management.
    • Cost management.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 5 years of procurement management experience.
    • Must have a good understanding of imports and exports.
    • A Supply Chain / CIPS qualification.
    • Good people management skills.
    • Good BI knowledge and ability to run BI reporting.
    • Able to travel.
