    Revenue Coordinator

    Primary Responsibilities Include:

    • Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting for all properties and assist with any ad-hoc reporting as needed
    • Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly STR submissions for all properties
    • Monitor rate parity and distribution
    • Assist in the development and improvement of new and current revenue management tools and reporting.

    Requirements

    • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
    • Good analytical and numeric skills
    • Knowledgeable of hotel technology: PMS, Channel Manager etc
    • Previous experience in a similar role

    F&B Attendant

    Primary Responsibilities Include:

    • Providing exceptional and personalized service
    • Taking accurate food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring accommodation of special dietary requirements or requests, and providing menu recommendations
    • Offering a comprehensive knowledge of menu offerings, including food ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings
    • Processing guest bills accurately and efficiently, ensuring that charges are properly recorded and payments are handled securely.

    Order Taker

    Description

    • As a Cashier at Mount Nelson, a Belmond Hotel, you will be responsible for taking guests orders over the phone promptly and in a friendly manner, ensuring a seamless service is provided for the In Room Dining Department.

    Primary Responsibilities Include:

    • Responsible for answering the telephones using the appropriate etiquette, in accordance to LQA standards.
    • Take the guest order, always trying to use suggestive/ upselling techniques.
    • Provide an expected delivery time for the guest’s order. 
    • Ensure guests special requests are communicated to the Kitchen.
    • Monitor guest orders to ensure all orders are delivered on time.
    • Accurately posts payments to the POS system

    Requirements

    What You Bring:

    • Matric (Grade 12) qualification. 
    • 1- 2 years relevant experience in a similar position within a 4- or 5-star hotel environment
    • Excellent telephone etiquette. 
    • Good communication skills. 
    • Exceptional customer service orientation. 
    • Knowledge of food menu and wine list
