    Growth Copy Lead

    What you will be doing

    • Develop copy strategies and write the copy for digital ads, website & SEO content and CRM campaigns to drive merchant acquisition, product adoption and improve conversion.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement data-driven cross channel campaigns that enhance user engagement and drive conversions.
    • Ensure high quality standards are matched and all copy aligns with our brand voice, tone, and style guidelines.

    What you will be doing

    • Collaborate with the relevant Design Lead to contribute to the design of our payments+ ecosystem with a core focus on Point of Sale features.

    Fulfilment Lead

    About the role

    • As the Fulfilment Lead, you will be responsible for the end-to-end fulfilment process for our merchant and retailer orders. You will ensure timely and accurate order processing, whilst constantly looking to improve performance metrics. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction through a seamless and efficient delivery experience.

    • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team, with 2+ years prior experience in a team lead or managerial role.
    • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency with inventory management systems and order processing software (Oracle Netsuite experience advantageous).
    • Logistics Expertise: Strong understanding of courier logistics and supply chain management principles.

    Engineering Manager

    About the role

    • As an Engineering Manager in Payments, you will lead the engineers in the Point of Sale (POS) team. This is a cross functional, full stack team that is building out Yoco’s POS solution, including the seller and business owner parts of the solution. The POS solution includes a Yoco-owned UI and backend, as well as backend integrations into third-party applications for order information, inventory, etc. This role reports to the Associate Engineering Director of Payments.

    What you will be doing

    • Engineering Managers (EMs) at Yoco focus on the following:
    • People: Retain and grow existing talent, and attract new talent. As an Engineering Manager you will lead approximately 10 engineers spread across 1 or 2 teams.
    • Practices: Continuously improve engineering practices. As an Engineering Manager you will be expected to lead simple initiatives across Engineering that improve engineering practices.
    • Delivery: Just as Product Managers are accountable for what teams build, Engineering Managers are accountable for how the what is delivered to our customers. To implement the how requires a detailed understanding of the what. We expect timely delivery with industry-leading quality and non-functional requirements (e.g. security, performance, etc.).
    • Technical: Contribute to the Engineering technical direction and ensure that your teams are aligned with this technical direction. This might mean getting technically involved (e.g. coding, code reviews, etc.) to ensure that the initiatives move forward.

    Senior Installation & Support Engineer

    The Opportunity

    About you

    • 5+ years of experience in POS systems, preferably within the hospitality sector
    • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills
    • Own Vehicle & Valid Drivers’ Licence
    • Willing to work weekends, overtime & outside of core working hours
    • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
    • A problem solver, with a can-do attitude and customer centricity
    • Ability to take ownership of projects with self-management
    • Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently, while managing client and team expectations
    • Ability to work individually and in teams
    • Strong understanding of payments and/or hospitality software products is a plus

    Senior Product Manager

    ROLE | WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

    • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for a product area within our product ecosystem, in close collaboration with stakeholders.
    • Act as the subject matter expert in all things in your space, bridging the gap between business requirements and technology solutions.
    • Prioritise product development by balancing feature requests, market trends, and technical constraints.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, to deliver top-notch products to market.
    • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to end-of-life, driving key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Do competitive analysis to identify market gaps and opportunities for innovation.
    • Collect and analyse feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products.
    • Manage and mentor junior product managers and collaborate effectively with UX/UI designers.

    IDEAL CANDIDATE | WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

    • You’ve got 6+ years of experience as a product manager or in a similar role
    • You’ve built customer-facing products or features before - all the way from ideation to launch and beyond
    • You’ve led cross-functional teams, collaborating daily with engineers, designers and data analysts.
    • You understand that product management is about outcomes not outputs, and can define and drive product KPIs.
    • You enjoy working with multiple players across the org, to influence how your products are positioned, sold and supported.
    • You love messy problems and are comfortable working in ambiguous problem spaces.
    • You have a strong. clear communication skills - both verbal and written.
