    Maintenance Planner

    Job Description

    • Ensure PMs/CMs/EMs are generated correctly with all relevant information and supporting documentation.
    • Meet and implement MOS standards and processes and achieve output targets of JPH, TTT, MTTR, MTBF and PM/CM completion.
    • Prepare work packages for every planned maintenance activity inclusive of repetitive maintenance.
    • Order, receive and supervise required material to assist maintenance activities.
    • Plan and arrange activities related to equipment maintenance to enhance equipment and plant accessibility and competence supporting site production supplies.
    • Coordinate daily as well as weekly planning meetings with maintenance.
    • Ensure to execute MPI techniques to improve overall efficiency.
    • Coordinate to rebuild spare pieces of equipment with external suppliers.
    • Collect drawings, manuals and other documents to assist contractor and maintenance repairs or modifications.
    • Submit engineering drawings for any further required revisions or upgrades.
    • Coordinate plant shutdowns to attain all essential schedules.
    • Execute modification in maintenance records and key equipment with significant spares during setting apt reorder levels along with quantities
    • Provide assistance for least amount production downtime.
    • Support department’s compliance to any Lean Manufacturing goals and objectives.
    • Assist with engineering for spare parts preparation and PM Lists for new equipment.
    • Provide technical assistance for supporting entire on-site maintenance activities.
    • Proactively support all EH&S procedures and policies.
    • Develop weekend work plans and ensure spares and consumables are available to complete scheduled tasks in responsible areas.
    • Basic administration of maintenance documents for corrective actions resolution
    • Ensure Integrity in work tasks undertaken and identify improvement opportunities.

    Responsibilities

    • PM completion ratio of = 100%
    • No Open Work Orders > Three months
    • Develop and implement short, medium and long-term improvement plans for implementation within the automated systems and equipment
    • Undertake root cause analysis and implemented Permanent Corrective Actions (PCA’s) correctly and efficiently.
    • Ensure spares and maintenance consumables availability
    • Drive min/max levels with production stores
    • Undertake asset verification and tagging in line with fixture and tooling verification.
    • Ensure PM scrubbing is completed timeously, and opportunities identified to improve production cost and machine availability.

    Qualifications

    • National Diploma or degree: Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical/ Automation Engineering
    • 5 - 10 Years Automation and Maintenance Experience preferably in Conveyor Systems, EMS systems and Filling Equipment.
    • Maintenance planning and execution knowledge with experience in factory maintenance systems (Maximo / SAP)
    • Experience in IT field will be an advantage.

    IC Compliance Analyst

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    •   Review, develop, initiate, maintain and revise policies and procedures for the general operation of FFS environment and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct.
    •   Responds to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and Standards of Conduct by evaluating or recommending the initiation of investigative procedures.
    •   Acts as an independent review and evaluation body to ensure that compliance issues/ concerns within the organization are being appropriately evaluated, investigated and resolved.
    •   Provides reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep the Senior Management, IMG ICO and Corporate Committees informed of the operation and progress of compliance and internal control efforts.
    •   Periodically review and revise procedures with line management in light of changes in organisational needs or regulatory requirements. Direct focus on compliance and standardization of global procedures (where applicable).
    •   Provide technical input and recommendations regarding changes to policies, systems, processes, procedures and methodologies.
    •   Plan, review and provide guidance to Operations on Self-Assessment Tool (MCRP) to mitigate risks in line with Corporate Financial Controls.
    •   Develop audit investigations in accordance with Risk Assessment/Identification and report out on observations and delinquencies (Independently investigating and acting on matters related to compliance).
    •   Implement and execute departmental and regional initiated specific investigations.
    •   Monitor and evaluate effectiveness and sustainability of corrective action plans proposed and implemented related to comments/issues identified by GAO (Global Auditor Office); operationally identified comments (OIC); PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers) and Audit Engagements through GRC (corrective Action Website) Management.
    •   Plan and follow up/obtain evidences for OIC's / GAO comments and conclude on effectiveness in order to close issues.
    •   Ensure alignment of procedures to Finance Manual (FM).
    •   Support all external audits (GAO, PwC, etc.),
    •   Support maintenance and registration of regulatory body requirements (NCR, FSCA).
    •   Maintain Basic Control File,
    •   Maintain Business Continuity Plan,
    •   Build relationships with FCE ICO and FFS management to understand issues, manage expectations and identify control improvements. 
    •   Perform or assist with special studies of operating processes and systems as requested.
    •   Lead the monthly IC meetings with FFS management 
    •   Support JV Risk and Compliance Meeting input required  
    •   Provide training and assistance in risk/compliance matters
    •   Cascade control issues, trend data, new policies, updated approval authorities throughout the organization.
    •   Ensure new products introduced are in line with global procedures.
    •   Facilitate preparation of Application Control Review ACR with business owners and IT to ensure all control issues identified in the ACR, finalise meeting minutes and close the ACR 
    •   Work with Ford’s ICO office to ensure intercompany transactions meet compliance requirements.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Qualification: Commercial Degree/Diploma,  
    • 3-5 years' experience 
    • Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) will be advantageous
    • Experience: Supervisory skills (ideally through progression from clerkship), Practical Investigative Financial, Policy and Procedural application

    Engineering Specialist , Framing

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • The responsible person will be required to develop, implement, monitor, and maintain efficient automation controls processes with the use of FIS and other equipment monitoring technology in addition to the programming of Robots, Welding Equipment, PLC’s and other equipment to ensure optimum shop performance.  

    POSITION DETAILS

    • Knowledge and understanding of ISO 9000 / ISO 14000 / TS 16949
    • Initiates measures to improve equipment performance, methods and quality
    • Manage all software and hardware installed on different types of continuous process equipment while ensuring minimal down times, proper documentation and version control
    • Program MIG Welding robots using off line and on line methods while  commissioning and overseeing the installation of equipment
    • Assists in creating, modifying and revising automation controls instructions and process flow documentation.
    • Automotive Assembly Process Knowledge And Experience
    • Ability to read blue prints, AutoCAD, EPlan, interpret and modify electrical schematics
    • 6 Sigma Certified/Trained
